JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience at media agencies, or similar marketing roles
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, consumer behaviors, media consumption, and activation tactics across both digital and traditional channels
  • A successful track-record in a client-facing environment, leading relationships and driving results
  • A willingness to coordinate onboarding and logistics for new clients
  • Leading planning strategy for media accounts, overseeing the media team (managers, supervisors, planners, coordinators)
  • Serving as a primary day-to-day point of contact for our clients
  • Building decks for client media plans and key strategic discussions
  • Managing media deliverables with our creative and brand strategy teams for cohesive, integrated services
  • Working closing with Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Accounts, this person will be the primary lead on assigned accounts, responsible for communication with clients, and managing their on-going needs
  • Strategic plan development and written recommendations for clients with varying media objectives and needs
  • Possess a thorough understanding of client’s attributes, marketing objectives, target audience, competitive environment and market dynamics.
  • Partner with the creative team to develop/maintain timelines, deadlines and guidelines for all campaigns
  • Review creative development of a project during concept to completion to ensure specifications, client expectations, budgets, timelines, etc. are being adhered to
  • Maintain agency/vendor relationships through communication and meetings
  • Analysis of media performance relative to clients’ success, including post-buy analysis, evaluation of website analytics data, correlation to client sales/conversion data and other key success metrics
  • Proven experience managing teams and direct reports
  • Math skills and ability to “tell a story” through data
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum (7) years of relevant experience in account management, advertising and/or marketing role (agency experience a big plus!)
  • Experience working with brand strategy, brand identity, collateral, digital/traditional media planning & creative production, video, social media
  • Demonstrated experience leading successful client engagements
  • Knowledge of proofing client work/quality assurance process is required
  • Expert in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

Graphic / Multi-Media Designers

We are hiring Graphic / Multi-Media Designers for our Warwick, RI office. We are actively searching for experienced, strategic and proactive Designers to help build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships based on effectively achieving client’s marketing objectives. This position is responsible for designing and producing marketing communications for a wide variety of client projects. Most importantly, you work with internal team members, clients and other designers to deliver our clients results in a timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
  • Working closely with the Director of Accounts, Media Director and Project Managers, this person will produce print ads, billboards, signage, digital ads, and other marketing communications for a wide variety of projects
  • Successful project management from inception to completion within respective timelines
  • Full utilization of creative new marketing mediums and relevant cutting-edge practices
  • Design and layout of materials (including print ads, billboards, brochures, emails and web layout, invitations, post cards, logo designs, banners, posters and signage)
  • Collaboration – effective project management with outside vendors / customers
  • Attend assigned internal/external meetings and assist in other marketing activities as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a graphic designer in interactive and graphic design and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Expert in related software programs – Adobe Creative Suite; (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as digital asset management and electronic file preparation for production
  • Experience in PremierPro and After Effects STRONGLY preferred
  • Experience in Front End Wed Design – HTML & WordPress STRONGLY preferred
  • Fluency in current graphic design and web production software
  • Demonstrated conceptual skills to include managing creative from concept to completion

Project Managers

We are hiring Project Managers for our Warwick, RI office. We are actively searching for experienced, strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Managers to lead and manage client engagements and be responsible for overall client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of creative projects. This position is responsible for organizing, tracking, and coordinating all client related design work and processes for client projects as well as internal projects. Daily tasks may include client communication, timeline building, routing work for review/approval, proofreading creative and/or trafficking artwork to appropriate outlets and more. You will be responsible for creating projects within the internal project management system, providing deadlines, tracking projects, and assigning tasks across the design team. Most importantly, you will work with internal team members and clients to deliver the results in a timely manner. This position reports directly to the Director of Accounts and Operations.

  • Working closely with the Media Director and Media Managers, this person will be a secondary lead on assigned accounts, responsible for communication with clients, managing their on-going needs, meeting expectations, maintaining/tracking budgets, requesting research data and proposals, etc.
  • Strategic plan development and written recommendations for clients with varying media objectives and needs
